Partners to build organizational capabilities to address resource and operational challenges., • Partners with appropriate COEs on Team Member development needs. Identifies competency/skill gaps and may recommend learning & development solutions, • Partners with Talent Acquisition to build a strong pipeline of talent to ensure a diverse, high performing organization.
