We are seeking skilled and reliable Construction Workers to join our team. This position includes professionals in general construction as well as specialized trades such as plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in one or more of these areas and a strong understanding of safety practices, construction techniques, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: General Construction Duties: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning and removing debris. Load and unload materials and tools. Follow blueprints and building plans. Operate hand and power tools. Follow safety guidelines and regulations. Support skilled tradespeople on-site as needed. Plumber-Specific Duties: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, valves, and fixtures. Read blueprints and building specifications to map out plumbing layouts. Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards. Electrician-Specific Duties: Install and maintain electrical systems in buildings. Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints. Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers. Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions. Adhere to electrical codes and safety standards. Carpenter-Specific Duties: Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to construct building frameworks. Install doors, windows, flooring, cabinets, and other fixtures. Use a variety of hand and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Ensure structural integrity and craftsmanship.

Overview The Glass Fabricator is responsible for measuring, cutting, edging, polishing, drilling, and preparing glass for installation. This role requires a strong attention to detail, comfort working with machinery, and a solid understanding of glass types, thicknesses, and edge profiles. This is a hands-on, shop-based position supporting both custom and production fabrication projects. Responsibilities • Read and interpret fabrication orders, blueprints, or CAD drawings, • Measure and cut glass accurately using table saws, CNC machines, or manual tools, • Perform edgework (flat polish, bevel, miter, etc.) using glass polishing equipment, • Drill holes and cut notches in glass as needed for hardware or custom applications, • Inspect raw glass and finished products for defects, dimensions, and quality, • Operate CNC, polishing machines (depending on equipment in shop), • Safely handle and move glass sheets using suction cups, racks, and forklifts when needed, • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all shop safety procedures, • Coordinate with project managers and installers to ensure correct specs and delivery timing, • Help load and package glass for delivery or pickup, • Report damaged material or machinery issues immediately to supervisor Qualifications • 2+ year experience in glass fabrication or a related trade (metal, stone, etc.), • Familiarity with glass fabrication tools and equipment, • Ability to lift heavy glass safely and regularly (50+ lbs), • Strong math and measuring skills, • Ability to follow instructions and technical drawings accurately, • Comfortable with physical labor and standing for long period. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with the ability to oversee facility operations and ensure that all systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and efficient environment. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a background check, which includes verification of a valid driver’s license. Key Responsibilities: Perform occasional inspections of buildings Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility systems as needed Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Maintain cleanliness of parking lots, sidewalks, and surrounding areas Electric cable snaking for Sewer lines (75-100ft) Unclog and repair toilets and sinks Repairs/Assemble/replace various items such as (door locks, ceiling tiles, mirrors, lockers) Mounts various items such as: Bulletin boards, mirrors, painting, TVs etc. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred Skills Strong understanding of facilities maintenance practices and procedures. Experience in supervising teams or coordinating maintenance tasks effectively. Ability to perform residential painting with attention to detail. Welding skills are a plus for performing necessary repairs on equipment. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and report issues clearly. Valid NYS Driver's License required, the job entitles drivers to be state to state. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a background check, which includes verification of a valid driver’s license.
