You will work alongside 2–3 experienced software developers or IT professionals responsible for technical work and identifying project opportunities. Your primary role will be to oversee business operations and fulfill necessary personal verification or onboarding requirements. Your Responsibilities 1. Business Setup: Register a business entity, such as an LLC, and establish foundational business information., 2. Team Collaboration: Build and manage a team of software developers or IT professionals, enabling them to contribute to business activities and client projects., 3. Onboarding: Complete identity verification, attend onboarding meetings, and undergo background checks or drug tests as required., 4. Operational Management: Maintain communication with your team, review key business decisions, and ensure smooth operational flow. What You Don't Need To Do • No programming knowledge is required., • You are not required to build software., • Daily technical project management is not expected., • You will not be solely responsible for client acquisition.
