Picture your day: you arrive before sunrise, gear up, and join a tight-knit crew that takes pride in precision and safety. By 3:30pm CT, you’ve contributed to tangible products that will roll onto highways nationwide. Schedule & Pay • Workweek: Monday–Thursday, • Hours: 5:00am–3:30pm CT (overtime opportunities available), • Starting pay: $20.20/hour, • No prior experience required—we’ll train you, • Operate drills, drivers (for screws and other fasteners), riveters (pistol grip, pop, mashers, squeezers), impact wrenches, nut‑runners, saws, and grinders., • Work with steel, aluminum, wood, fiberglass, composites, small fasteners/fittings, adhesives, and oil‑based products., • Stage and move materials via overhead crane, forklift, powered/hand carts, or by hand., • Keep your workstation and equipment clean, orderly, and inspection‑ready., • Champion safety and security procedures throughout every task., • Pitch in with other routine duties as production needs evolve. What It Takes to Succeed, • Confidence with pneumatic and electric power tools., • Able to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring tools., • Comfort working with your hands in mechanically oriented tasks while following supervisor direction., • Learn fast, retain new processes, and switch between multiple tasks day to day., • Meet or surpass production targets; understand that expected quantities vary by process, customer specs, volume, and location., • Continuously look for process efficiencies, minimize scrap/waste, and use supplies wisely., • Inspect your own work in line with standard operating procedures., • Follow written and verbal instructions; troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly., • Communicate effectively in English.
