POSITION SUMMARY: As a Pool Mechanic, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-end custom gunite and vinyl pool systems, including heaters and related equipment. This role involves opening and closing pools, performing service and repair work, and collaborating with our construction division on plumbing and system layouts. Attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to excellence are essential to creating and maintaining luxurious pools for our clients. Essential Job Duties • Preform Summerization and Winterization of pool and spas., • Cleaning and chemically balancing pools, spas, or other water features in the most efficient manner,, • Maintaining all pool equipment in good working order., • Maintains relationships to ensure consistency and company standards are met., • Identifies issues or concerns to bring to manager’s attention, along with potential renovations or repairs., • Accurately document service call and submit reports to the office in a timely manner., • Repairs pools, spas and/or water features and associated equipment, including, but not limited to, installing, upgrading new, existing equipment, and performing leak detections.Skills and Qualifications, • High School Diploma or GED, • Valid driver’s license in good standing, • Basic Math Skills: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, • Prior pool service or mechanical experience is a must, • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, • Equal Employment Opportunity EmployerSchedule, • Full time year-round or seasonal positions available based on performance reviews, • Monday through Friday: Saturdays required during summer season as needed, • Overtime availableBenefits, • Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $35.00, based on experience, • Health Insurance, • Dental Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • 401k with company matching, • Flexible Spending AccountPerks, • Weekly Paychecks, • Employee Referral Program Applicants should be US Citizens or have authorization to work in the United States / Los solicitantes deben ser ciudadanos estadounidenses o estar autorizados para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
