Job DescriptionInventory Control Associate – 2nd Shift Shift: 2nd Shift Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate for our 2nd shift warehouse operations team. This position is responsible for inventory corrections, replenishment activities, discrepancy investigations, and maintaining accurate inventory records within a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, analytical abilities, and experience working with inventory management systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Perform daily warehouse tasks while working on your feet throughout the shift., • Analyze inventory adjustment trends and identify causes of inventory shrink., • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions., • Notify management of inventory anomalies and potential shrink issues., • Monitor inventory transactions, conduct research, and reconcile imbalances to prevent order denials., • Sort and place products on racks, shelves, or bins according to company procedures., • Label and mark materials with identifying information., • Put away stock in appropriate inventory locations., • Maintain clear communication to minimize operational disruptions., • Complete assignments accurately and efficiently while following all safety procedures., • Use computer systems regularly to coordinate inventory transfers and replenishment activities.What We Need from Our Inventory Control Associates:, • Experience using systems that support inventory management., • Strong computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly., • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to converse, read, and write in English., • Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.Apply today to become part of a hardworking team focused on accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence!
