Essential Functions • Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, and building functionality, • Manage preventative maintenance, • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance, • Perform general handyman work, • Support event operations through room setup, breakdown, and AV/facility coordination, • Ensure exterior grounds is clear of debris and safe, • Familiarity with HVAC is preferred, • Other duties as needed Qualifications • English fluency, • High school degree or equivalent, • Valid state driver’s license, • Local travel and overtime necessary, • Capable of performing physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and moving the whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials., • Good written and verbal communicator who works well and is at ease under pressure and with a diverse population, • Demonstrated ability to determine needs, distinguish between emergency and non-emergency situations, • Self-motivated, effective interpersonal and collaborative working style, and has a strong work ethic, • Good customer service skills and problem resolution ability, • Adhere to organizational values and culture of commitment, collaboration, excellence, honesty, integrity, respect of others, and trust, • Team player and committed to ensuring problems are resolved quickly and efficiently
