The Learning Experience in Summit is looking for passionate, caring, and energetic Early Childhood Teachers to join our growing team! Our teachers are responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking dependable educators who love working with children and want to make a positive impact every day. Responsibilities: • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment, • Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities, • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members, • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care, • Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies, • Communicate with parents about their child’s development and daily activities, • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment Qualifications: • Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children preferred, • CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not required depending on position), • Strong communication and teamwork skills, • Reliable, positive, and passionate about working with children, • Must meet NJ state childcare licensing requirements Benefits: • Competitive pay, • Paid training and professional development, • Career growth opportunities, • Supportive team environment, • Paid time off, • Childcare discount (if applicable) Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available.
