Princey Royale Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Specialist to join our team in Florida. We provide top-tier cleaning services to a variety of clients, including offices, healthcare facilities, daycares, retail spaces, residential properties, AirBnB locations, and hotels. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring client satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and effective cleaning practices. Key Responsibilities: - Floor Care: Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors of various types. - Surface Cleaning: Dust ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture. - Sanitization: Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures. - Waste Management: Empty trash cans. - Window Cleaning: Wash and dry windows. - Supply Management: Liaise with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times. - Damage Reporting: Report any breakages that occur during cleaning. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in professional cleaning services, preferably in commercial or residential settings. - Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. - Reliability:Punctuality and commitment to delivering high-quality service consistently. - Communication: Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
