Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Plans finished goods and sub-assemblies through various production operations to align with customer requirements, • Monitors production activities to ensure schedules are adhered to and deadlines are met., • Generates contingency plans to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders., • Works closely with other departments to ensure materials are received on-time., • Tracks production performance., • Interfaces and coordinates with various departments to resolve material and capacity constraints., • Executes MRP signals generated by customer requirements, sales orders and forecasts/inventory levels., • Works with the procurement department to advise on purchases for component needs., • Participates in weekly meetings to review shortages/missed shipments and tablet demands., • Handles cancellation requests from the Sales Department., • Notifies the production control supervisor of any issues and overdue material that may jeopardize on-time deliveries to customers., • Performs other duties as assigned by manager., • Must be able to work overtime as needed. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), • Must possess excellent analytical, organizational and communicational skills, • Ability to function under minimal supervision, • Strong communication skills in writing, and orally with keen attention to detail Education and Experience: • Associate's degree (business preferred) or equivalent experience, • APICS classes/certification preferred, • In person.
