We’re looking for experienced, reliable cleaners who take pride in their craft and appreciate a supportive, well-organized company that values integrity and excellence. What You’ll Do • Maintain and refresh client spaces to the highest luxury standards, • Clean, sanitize, and detail a variety of settings — homes, offices, and rental properties, • Handle delicate surfaces, fine materials, and designer finishes with care, • Restock items, organize spaces, and ensure areas are guest-ready, • Assist on specialty projects such as deep cleans and move-in/move-outs, • Uphold strict confidentiality and represent Clean Team Florida with professionalism Who we are looking to join our Family • Minimum 5 years of professional cleaning experience preferred, • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability, • Able to work independently and follow clear direction, • Comfortable traveling to multiple job sites around South Florida, • Friendly, trustworthy, and respectful in client spaces, • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on feet for long periods What We Offer • $20 an hour, • Choose your schedule — full-time, part-time, or on-call, • Supportive, responsive management and clear communication, • Work in beautiful environments: oceanfront condos, modern offices, luxury homes, • All non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning supplies, • Company that gives back to local children’s charities
