What We’re Looking For: * Minimum Requirements * High School Diploma (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of customer facing work experience Or * Associates Degree and minimum 1 year of customer facing work experience Or * Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience * Skills: * A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to build trust, retain customers, and drive policy sales. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Enthusiasm for learning and applying new skills * Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed #geico300 At this time, GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
