  Qualifications • Real Estate License (Required) Full Job Description We’re looking for a motivated real estate agent to work with us as an independent contractor supporting our rentals! If you’ve got the drive to work independently and have the experience, then we’re interested in speaking with you. What You’ll Do: • You will have the opportunity to show properties, oversee inspections, post notices. • You will set your own schedule and decide how much you’re willing to work. Desired Skills & Experience • You are comfortable working by yourself and arrive on time if not early • You love technology and are comfortable scanning/printing, emailing, texting, calling, photographing and video recording for ads, google drive, excel • You’re a customer advocate; able to think on your feet and respond quickly to a customer’s changing needs • You have excellent communication skills and highly organized Required Licenses and Equipment • Real estate license • Smartphone, reliable vehicle, printer with scanning function The Details Role type: 1099 Contractor Hours: Flexible hours - as a 1099 Contractor you’ll have full control over your calendar Pay: Paid per event $25 (no gas reimbursement) Job Types: Contract
