Provide all appropriate paperwork including Packing slips and Commercial invoices when needed. oPull Will Calls accurately and notify the appropriate sale associate. oPrinting and sort of all SO pick tickets. oProactively communicate through your Shipping Supervisor with any small packaging concerns or questions. oBe present when the small packaging companies come to pick up their products. oCommunicate with Shipping Supervisor and other team members on any back-order issues. Ensure items are approved for back order before just back ordering items. oBe prepared to use computers for different shipping aspects. Responsible to help double count LTL shipments to ensure accuracy. oNo pallets should leave the warehouse without being double counted. oSupervisor can adjust responsibilities if the volume for small packaging are too high.
