  We're looking for a reliable and organized Remote Vacation Rental Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short-term rental property. You’ll be responsible for handling guest communications, managing bookings, coordinating cleanings and maintenance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities: Respond to guest messages and coordinate check-ins/check-outs Manage booking calendars and pricing across platforms (e.g. Airbnb, VRBO) Schedule cleaners and maintenance as needed Monitor reviews and help improve guest experience Keep track of expenses and inventory Requirements: Experience with Airbnb or vacation rental platforms Good communication and problem-solving skills Tech-savvy and organized Able to work independently and manage time well Job Type: Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time Compensation: Based on experience ($20-30/hr range)
