The Shift Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and leading a team of staff members. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Assist in the hiring process by conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates. Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
