Our menus celebrate seasonality, community, and creativity. We’re now entering our next chapter: strengthening leadership, refining systems, and expanding our regional identity. The Role We’re seeking a passionate, organized, and forward-thinking Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate brings both creative and operational balance — someone who values mentorship, consistency, and collaboration. You’ll guide our hardworking, self-taught staff with structure and respect, while helping us continue to grow with purpose and pride. Responsibilities • Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen team through hands-on leadership and mentorship., • Collaborate with ownership on menu development centered on seasonality, comfort, and the North Fork region., • Build and maintain systems for prep, inventory, and line execution., • Strengthen communication between BOH and FOH for seamless service., • Uphold professionalism, food safety, and accountability., • 5+ years in a leadership role (Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef level)., • Proven experience managing and motivating a team of mixed skill levels. - Strong communication and organizational skills., • Respect for local sourcing, seasonality, and sustainability., • Calm, solution-oriented leadership style., • Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)., • Schedule: 50-hour workweek, two days off per week., • Benefits: Paid sick leave, family leave (per NYS), and shared leadership in shaping our growth.
