Responsibilities: - Lead and plan a variety of age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, sports, games, and nature exploration. - Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all campers in your care. - Supervise campers during meals, rest periods, and transitions between activities, maintaining a positive atmosphere. - Cultivate an inclusive, supportive environment where campers can thrive, build friendships, and have fun. - Guide campers in developing key life skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. - Implement and support behavior management strategies to ensure all campers have a positive camp experience. - Collaborate with fellow counselors and camp leadership to ensure a smooth, organized program throughout the summer.
