This role requires grace under pressure, strong organization and a genuine passion for hospitality. your key responsibilities include but not limited to greet every guest with warmth, professional professionalism, and a genuine smile manage reservations and walk-ins with efficiency and attention to detail. maintain a smooth and organized seating flow during busy service periods communicate clearly with servers management and kitchen staff escort guest to their tables while creating a welcoming, upscale atmosphere handle guest inquiries, special requests and concerns with care and urgency. maintain a clean organized and visually appealing Host stand and entrance. thank and acknowledge guest as they leave ensuring a lasting impression your qualifications should include strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to multitask in a fast paced high volume environment, all while staying professional, calm, and composed. prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required as you should have a sense of hospitality and attention to detail.
