We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Process payments accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering and restocking bar supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic atmosphere for guests.
Requirements: Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
Knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must meet the legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
Certification in responsible beverage service (e.g., TIPS, RBS) is a plus.
