We are currently seeking a nurturing, dependable, and attentive Infant Caregiver to join our early childhood team. This position is ideal for someone who has a true passion for working with infants and supporting their growth in a safe, loving environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a natural leader, and a team player who understands how to balance nurturing care with structure and developmental guidance. Responsibilities include: Providing loving, responsive care to infants ages 6 weeks–12 months Supporting infants’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs Diapering, feeding, and following individualized care plans Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom Communicating daily with families about their child’s needs and milestones Following all state licensing and health & safety regulations Qualifications: Experience working with infants (preferred) Early Childhood Education coursework or willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) Reliable, patient, and team-oriented Able to lift, carry, and sit on the floor as needed We offer: Supportive and collaborative work environment Consistent schedule Opportunities for professional growth Competitive pay based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Benefits: Childcare Employee discount Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
