The Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical and service goals. Schedule: This is a 37.5-hour work week to be determined by the supervisor. Monday through Friday 8:45 am to 5:00 pm Rotating Saturdays from 9:00 am to noon.
