We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Key Holder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a strong understanding of retail operations. As the Lead Key Holder, you will have the opportunity to lead a team, manage store operations, and provide excellent customer service, while contributing to the growth of our shop. Lead and oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory management, and customer service. -Manage and train store staff, ensuring a positive, engaging work environment. -Assist customers with product selections, surf gear recommendations, and general inquiries. -Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness. Handle cash register, transactions, and ensure accurate cash flow management. -Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.
