This role ensures the continuity of critical operations by overseeing temperature monitoring systems, facility utilities, equipment performance, and environmental controls across GMP, GTP, and laboratory spaces. The manager will work cross-functionally with Facilities, IT, Corporate Security, Quality, Blood & Laboratory Operations (BLO), Research (LFKRI), Comprehensive Cell Solutions (CCS), and EHS teams to maintain operational excellence in a regulated environment. Facility Operations & Infrastructure Management Manage the daily operations of all physical plant systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural and life safety elements of the facility. • Oversee facility operations in blood manufacturing, research and clinical labs, and office environments, ensuring all systems support their specific functional and regulatory requirements., • Supervise maintenance and custodial staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is performed according to NYBC standards and regulatory compliance., • Lead facilities inspections and preventive maintenance programs for all building systems, including clean utilities and backup power., • Supervision of 2 direct reports and 20 total employees.
