Key Responsibilities Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience • Provide every guest with a soothing, luxurious, personalized Aura experience., • Perform all head spa services with consistency, confidence, and professionalism., • Complete services including scalp & hair cleansing, exfoliation, shampooing, conditioning, hydration, steaming, massage, aromatherapy, and Aura signature techniques., • Evaluate scalp and hair conditions and offer tailored recommendations., • Educate clients on the benefits of ongoing scalp care and regular visits. Service & Performance Expectations (Essential to success in this role)To thrive as an Aura Head Spa Specialist, you will be expected to consistently deliver strong performance in the following areas: • Rebooking Guests: Encouraging clients to schedule their next visit before they leave., • Product Education: Educating guests about scalp and hair products that support client goals. Selling guest products to benefit them between Aura Head Spa Treatments., • Enhancement Add-Ons: Must give all guests a consultation to suggest an add on during the service., • Membership Promotion: Introducing clients to the Aura Club membership and its perks., • 5-Star Guest Experience: Delivering service that consistently leads to positive reviews., • Teamwork & Communication: Contributing to a positive, collaborative environment., • Reliable Attendance: Maintaining a dependable schedule to support team operations.
