We are seeking a talented, licensed esthetician, with min one year experience, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate, willing to learn new skills, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
KEY Responsibilities: - perform customized facials, extractions, other skincare treatments - conduct thorough skin analysis and consultation - recommend appropriate products and services based on individual client needs - maintain a clean, safe and welcoming treatment environment - stay current on skincare trends, treatments and protocols - build and maintain strong client relationships QUALIFICATIONS: - valid New Jersey Esthetician License - 1+ year of experience preferred, but new grads with strong hands-on skills will be considered - strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and skin conditions - excellent communication and customer service skills - professional, dependable, and passionate about skincare - experience with Repechage, PCA Skin, or facial massages, cupping, gua sha is a plus Benefits: - competitive commission-based pay - flexible schedule - ongoing training and professional development - supportive, professional team environment
