Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will work independently on a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing projects, supervise apprentices, and deliver the high-quality service our customers depend on. Key Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, sewers, water heaters, and gas lines, • Diagnose plumbing issues and execute effective, code-compliant solutions, • Work independently on residential and commercial job sites with minimal supervision, • Supervise and guide apprentice plumbers on assigned projects, • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications, • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety standards, • Communicate clearly with customers and provide upfront pricing estimates, • Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including evenings and weekends, • Maintain accurate job records including work performed, parts used, and time on site, • Coordinate with dispatchers and Master Plumbers to ensure timely project completion Qualifications • Active Journeyman Plumber license in the state of employment (required), • Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience, including completion of a recognized apprenticeship program, • Solid knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents, • Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills, • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights Compensation • Base salary: $60,000 – $79,500 per year, depending on experience and location, • Top earners (high-demand markets): up to $92,500+, • Hourly equivalent: $29 – $38/hour, • Overtime and emergency call pay available (1.5x–2x standard rate), • Performance-based bonuses, • Clear path to Master Plumber advancement Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid time off and holidays, • Company-provided vehicle or vehicle allowance, • Uniforms and equipment supplied, • Ongoing training and professional development, • Career advancement opportunities Why Our Client?
