We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, educate customers on our products, and ensure a welcoming and professional shopping experience. This role requires a strong understanding of retail sales, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual abilities and prior supervisory experience are considered a plus. As a Budtender, you will play a key role in promoting our products and maintaining an organized store environment. Responsibilities • Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences, • Provide detailed product demos and educate customers on product effects and usage, • Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties, • Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales, • Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, and ensuring product availability, • Ensure compliance with all store policies and legal regulations regarding product sales, • Proven experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations, • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele, • Ability to perform upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities, • Experience with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store presentation standards, • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately, • Familiarity with grocery store operations is beneficial but not required
