As a Dishwasher, your job will be to clean and sanitize dishes so that Cooks have the supplies they need to prepare food and serve mouth-watering brunch food. As a Dishwasher for Hash Kitchen, you will; • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, using a dishwasher or by hand., • Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked. Immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager., • Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle, • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition, • Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas, • Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas, • Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen, • Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies At Hash Kitchen, breakfast classics are remixed and reimagined!
