As a Pawnbroker, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing essential services to our community. Responsibilities include: • Accurately appraising a wide range of items, including jewelry, electronics, and tools, to determine their value for loans or purchase., • Processing pawn loans and purchases with attention to detail and adherence to company policies., • Providing excellent customer service, building rapport with clients, and explaining terms clearly., • Managing inventory and ensuring the security of all merchandise., • Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records., • Assisting customers with sales of merchandise on the retail floor. We are looking for individuals with strong customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of various valuable goods and appraisal techniques is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
