Our team is dedicated to helping clients recover quickly from water, fire, mold, and disaster-related damage. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Finance & Operations Director to oversee our financial strategy and ensure operational efficiency.. Responsibilities As our Finance & Operations Manager, you will: Finance Leadership: • Manage all financial functions, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management., • Develop and maintain accurate job costing and profitability tracking for projects., • Prepare and present financial statements, forecasts, and KPI dashboards to ownership., • Establish financial policies, internal controls, and reporting systems to ensure compliance and scalability., • Partner with external accountants, auditors, and insurance carriers to ensure compliance with industry and tax standards., • Align financial reporting with project management operations (budgets, estimates, change orders, subcontractor costs)., • Collaborate with project managers to ensure jobs are delivered on budget and schedule., • Oversee vendor and subcontractor payment processes and negotiate terms where beneficial., • Evaluate and implement systems/software to improve efficiency (QuickBooks, Xactimate, Salesforce, Paylocity, etc.)., • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational SOPs.Requirements: Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA or CPA preferred)., • 7+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 3+ in construction, restoration, or contracting., • Deep knowledge of job costing, construction billing, and financial analysis., • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally., • Experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) and construction management tools., • Competitive salary: $90,000 – $120,000/year (based on experience), • Health benefits, • 401(k) with company match, • Paid time off (PTO), • Career growth opportunities, • Supportive, professional work environment
