People-Centered – You enjoy working with both group classes and one-on-one personal training clients. High-Energy & Engaging – You know how to motivate, challenge, and inspire clients to push past their limits. What You’ll Be Doing: Coaching group fitness classes and leading personal training sessions Helping clients reach their fitness goals through customized training programs Fostering an inclusive, positive, and motivating gym environment Engaging with members to build strong relationships and encourage consistency Continuing to learn and grow through team training and mentorship opportunities Requirements: No experience? No problem! If you have the drive and a willingness to learn, we’ll teach you.
