Compensation & Benefits:
Solo Driver Gross Pay: $9,000 per week
Team Driver Gross Pay: $13,000 per week
Guaranteed Gross Pay: $8,000–$11,000 per week, depending on performance and experience
Layovers: $150 per layover
Escrow: $2,500 (1st and 2nd weeks no pay; first pay on 3rd week Friday, then weekly payments thereafter)
Payment Method: ACH
Payment Schedule: Weekly, every Friday
Form of Payment: 1099 (no W2 available)
Home Time: 4 days off after 4 weeks of work

Job Requirements:
Driver Type: Solo or Team
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
Driving Record:No more than 3 minor violations
No major violations
No DUI or drug convictions within the last 3 years
Character Qualities:Good attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, friendly environment
Responsiveness to company requirements and safety protocols
Job Details:
Work Schedule: Minimum 4 weeks on the road, with 4 days of home time after each 4-week stretch
Load Types: Drop & hook and live-to-live loads
Truck Equipment: Well-maintained, modern trucks (Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt) and Dry Van trailers with air ride suspension for smoother transport
