Duties Host live streaming sessions with enthusiasm, guiding viewers through product showcases or themed events Engage actively with the audience by answering questions, responding to comments, and creating a lively atmosphere Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive energy throughout each session Coordinate with team members to prepare content, manage schedules, and ensure smooth broadcasts Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions when necessary Provide exceptional guest services by addressing viewer inquiries promptly and courteously Uphold brand standards by maintaining an organized streaming environment and adhering to company policies Experience Previous host or hostess experience in a customer-facing role preferred Background in food service or restaurant environments highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences Experience using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial in creating a welcoming environment Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining professionalism Join us as a WHATNOT HOST and bring your vibrant personality to life!
