M&M Eggs is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls and correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organizing and maintaining office files and records, both physical and digital.
- Assisting with data entry and managing office supplies inventory.
- Supporting various departments with administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
