Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for working with the Company’s customers in a B2B environment in an effort to resolve past due issues, disputes or discrepancies in a manner that is consistent with our Core Values. This position will also have an active role in supporting the new account setup process. This role will follow a Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM schedule.
