🧑⚕️ Caregiver / Personal Aide Needed — Bergenfield, NJ Seeking a reliable, kind-hearted individual to assist in the daily care of a young man recovering from a traumatic brain injury (TBI). This is a hands-on role for someone who is compassionate, organized, and committed to making a positive difference.
🛠 Responsibilities
Personal care: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Meal support: Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness of two bedrooms and two bathrooms
Medication reminders and support with physical or occupational therapy routines
Provide emotional encouragement and companionship
Perform other tasks as assigned to support his well-being
🕒 Schedule & Compensation
Flexible shifts (part-time or full-time) available
Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

✅ Requirements
Previous experience caring for individuals with brain injuries, disabilities, or special needs preferred
Ability to lift and assist with mobility if needed
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
