One Hour Dry Cleaners is seeking a skilled Alteration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clothing alterations and repairs, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise alterations on various garments, including hemming, mending, resizing, and custom fittings.
- Operate sewing machines and other alteration equipment effectively.
- Conduct fittings with customers to understand their needs and ensure a perfect fit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their alteration requests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in clothing alterations and garment repair.
- Strong knowledge of various fabrics and tailoring techniques.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, paying close attention to detail.
