• The Senior ERP Architect / Technical Lead provides perspective, leadership, and technical expertise in defining solutions that align with UniFirst’s business requirements and achieve business goals, leveraging Oracle’s Cloud Fusion ERP application with other 3rd party SaaS and on-premises solutions., • This Senior ERP Architect / Technical Lead serves as a key role in defining strategy, driving innovation, and supporting solution delivery to ensure successful implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS Db) capabilities and features., • Implement total business solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Fusion applications (SaaS / PaaS) technology to drive simplification and reusability., • Facilitate business process reengineering activities with the business units to deploy solutions that conform to the UniFirst Global Template solution., • Lead development team (3rd party strategic partner / internal) through the SDLC process – leveraging Agile / Scrum board methodology, • Supporting all integration solutions (design / build / test) between Oracle Cloud ERP with 3rd party application leveraged in financial process execution, including services payment processing, bank integration lock box, cash management, and credit card processing, • Support all integration solutions (design / build / test) between Oracle Cloud ERP and legacy / SaaS solutions – leveraging the defined integration / middleware tools platform, • Partner with strategic UniFirst’s strategic implementation partner(s) to lead design, configuration, test, and deployment of new or enhanced functionality, business flows, and/or modules., • Ensure test scripts are developed for various levels of testing and/or validation activity, • Utilize approved change management processes to document and implement change, • Partner with UniFirst IT peers - Technical Leads for MDM, Integration / Middleware, Conversion, FAW / FDI - Reporting, • Partner with Unifirst PMO organization to drive timely completion of project and support activities involving Oracle ERP technical / functional solutions, • Analyze Oracle Cloud Fusion quarterly updates for the defined business process and the associated modules in support of strategically planned patches releases as well as one off patches in support the Oracle applications., • Develop end to end process documentation utilizing global standard tool sets that serve as foundation for test scripts, training materials and business communications., • Support Process Owner/ Super User / End User training curriculum / requirements as required, including onboarding process defined by HR., • Collaborate with other Senior Business Analysts, Technical Systems Analysts, IT Team members, strategic Managed Services partner, ensuring efficient support and change management procedures., • Support UniFirst’s Oracle Cloud Fusion solution infrastructure requirements in support of all continuous improvement project requirements (Non-PROD, Projects instances), • Support BRM team with all defined change management activities involved with the Oracle Cloud Fusion solution. This is a hybrid role with 50% on-site requirement in Wilmington, MA. We are seeking a dedicated MuleSoft QA Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and security of enterprise integration solutions built on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will validate mUnit code coverage, create test cases from Functional Solution Documents (FSDs), and develop automated test suites covering end-to-end scenarios, contract testing, load testing, penetration testing, and security testing. The role requires proficiency in modern API test automation tools, API contract testing frameworks (Pact, Dredd, Schemathesis), testing MuleSoft application with Azure Services, and integration with CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation. The candidate will also document QA processes in Confluence, log issues in JIRA, and work closely with developers, reporting managers, and project managers to identify risks, communicate challenges, and ensure timely resolution. Responsibilities: Quality Assurance & Testing (80%) • Validate mUnit test suites to ensure high code coverage and compliance with enterprise quality standards for MuleSoft APIs, STL flows, and P2P integrations., • Review FSDs to design and develop comprehensive manual and automated test cases for APIs and ETL processes., • Write and maintain automated test scripts for end-to-end scenarios, API contract testing, and functional validation using:, • Postman/Newman, SoapUI/ReadyAPI, RestAssured, Karate DSL, Cypress (API mode), • Contract testing frameworks such as Pact, Dredd, Schemathesis, • Conduct load and performance testing using Apache JMeter to assess scalability of MuleSoft integrations., • Perform security and penetration testing for protocols like SFTP, TLS mutual authentication, and OAuth 2.0-based APIs., • Execute positive, negative, and edge case scenarios to validate error handling and robustness., • Integrate automated API test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for continuous regression testing., • Develop and maintain standardized QA frameworks and reusable testing utilities for MuleSoft projects., • Log and track defects in JIRA, including detailed reproduction steps and severity classification., • Maintain test plans, test cases, and execution reports in Confluence for audit readiness., • Partner with QA Leads, developers, and project managers to identify and mitigate risks early in the delivery cycle., • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing quality status updates and highlighting key risks., • Use JIRA and Monday.com for task tracking, sprint planning, and defect resolution coordination. Your Impact: Pearce is seeking a highly skilled OSP Engineer to support copper and fiber outside plant facility engineering projects. This role is responsible for estimating, analyzing, designing, and planning OSP projects while tracking budgets and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. The OSP Engineer will also coordinate with municipal agencies, contractors, and utilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a dynamic role that requires strong field and design experience, organizational skills, and the ability to balance technical work with permitting, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. Core Responsibilities * Meet with Township, City, County, and State officials to discuss road and utility projects (travel required; mileage reimbursed). * Locate and identify Frontier facilities, working with project managers and municipal engineers to evaluate project impacts. * Collaborate with other utilities to develop relocation plans that minimize conflicts and avoid delays. * Field/design OSP BAU work orders (service orders, subdivisions, road moves, dark fiber MDU, copper/fiber aerial, buried, and underground). * Update design and project systems (FROGS, CAD, Varasset, SiteTracker). * Coordinate with power companies and communication providers regarding make-ready work, pole replacements, and service requests. * Prepare and submit permits to local, state, and federal agencies (DOT, DNR, Railroad, Pipeline, etc.). * Partner with SSP Contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective construction. * Address plant damage repair (PDR/DOR) requests, including cable count adjustments and capital projects. * Conduct site surveys and design capital projects for cell towers. * Support field and central office technicians by investigating and resolving PUC complaints. * Work closely with Contract Engineers to ensure projects align with business and client needs. Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: • We have a Controls Engineering position available in our Wilmington, MA office., • This person will support controls engineering project requirements involving PLC programming, DCS programming, HMI/SCADA programming, database management, control panel design, instrumentation specification, engineering documentation support, check-out support and commissioning assistance., • This position requires the Controls Engineer to conceptualize, detail and implement control systems for industrial processes and machinery that meet our clients requirements. This involves the development of a control system architecture, selecting the components to be used, detailing schematic diagrams and system documentation, programming controllers (PLC, DCS, RTU), programming the process visualization (HMI/SCADA), developing databases for archiving/displaying historical system data, and implementing/commissioning the control system at the clients facility. Knowledge of controller programming languages such as Ladder, Sequential Function Chart, Structured Text and others to achieve the desired results is required. Also having knowledge of standard programming languages such as VBA, .NET and SQL for the development of HMI/SCADA systems is preferred., • For larger systems, experience with industrial networking used to connect control system components and instrumentation is preferred. The Controls Engineer may design, detail and implement a variety of fiber, wired and wireless systems using industrial protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus, etc.)., • A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science is required., • 5+ years with capabilities in below areas is preferred:, • An in-depth understanding of PLC hardware/software platforms such Rockwell Automation., • An in-depth understanding of HMI/SCADA hardware/software platforms such as Rockwell Automation, Inductive Automation Ignition, • In-depth understanding of DCS hardware/software platform such as Emerson DeltaV, • Working knowledge of field instruments used in process control systems, • Familiar with electrical schematics, including power distribution under 480VAC, control panels and applicable NEC standards, • Proficient in automation protocols such as HART, Foundation Fieldbus, Traditional I/O, Profibus, Ethernet I/P, OPC, Modbus TCP/IP, • Strong leadership and client relation skills, • Familiar with S88 Batch, • Familiar with relevant regulatory requirements of the life science industry such as cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, etc., • Familiar with GAMP5, System and Software Development Life Cycles methodologies, validation, • Familiar with databases such as SQL, • Professional references, preferably one from each of the following: a peer and a manager, • Ability to travel up to 25%, • Physical Demands of Position: Seeing, color perception, hearing, listening, clear speech, dexterity in hands, driving, lifting, climbing, ability to mount and dismount equipment, pushing, and pulling, • Working Conditions: Standard office environment, On-site office environment, and diverse industrial environments.
