Support front desk operations by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Stay current on industry trends to continually improve service offerings. Support other team members as needed. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required. Experience providing brow and lash services, or other related esthetic services preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals. Knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations within a salon or spa environment. Background in customer service is highly desirable.
