Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must and required; multilingual skills are a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction. Familiarity with office software and computerized systems for data entry is necessary. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
