Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with store operations, including inventory, cash handling, and ensuring food safety standards.
- Supervise and train team members to provide excellent service.
- Ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.
- Help create staff schedules and manage costs.
- Resolve customer and team issues professionally.
- Support marketing and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail.
