An organic sourdough bakery in Madison is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef/Baker to join our night/early team.


Responsibilities include:


Preparing and baking a wide range of Laminated pastries, breads, and sourdough bakery items.


Creating and developing new recipes and seasonal menu items


Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation standards


Working efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment


Qualifications:


Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker


Strong skills in lamination, baking, breads, culinary degree preferred.


Creativity and ability to develop original recipes


Sourdough passion and experience with starter, bulk fermentation, entire process of sourdough bread, production, etc.


Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work full-time
