Wholesale bakery looking for experienced bakers to join the team.


About us:
-Super groovy East Williamsburg/Bushwick location close to trains
-Daytime Hours, NO OVERNIGHT
-Proud of making thousands of gorgeous bread and pastries every day. We make cookies, quickbreads, croissants, baguettes, sourdough and more.
-Habla Espanol


About you:


-1 year minimum of Professional baking experience in either pastry or bread


-Capable of 8 hour production on your feet, crouching, reaching, lifting- baking is Physical! We consider ourselves Athletes


-Experience with Shaping Bread by Hand


-Experience with mixing batters, cookies, doughs.


-Organized yet Flexible. Baking is half precision and half improvisation.


-Experience with commercial ovens and mixers


-Experience with Most steps of Baking: Scaling Ingredients, Mixing, Dividing, Shaping, Baking


-40 hours a week
