We cannot train confidence, energy, or presence. The Reality of This Role • You will be guiding patients through purchasing decisions, not just showing products, • You will need to confidently recommend higher-quality options when appropriate, • You will have conversations about pricing, insurance, and upgrades, • You will work in a fast-paced environment where multiple patients need attention, • You are expected to maintain strong energy and engagement throughout the day If you are uncomfortable influencing decisions or discussing money, this role will feel difficult.
