Provide legendary customer service, handcrafting beverages to strict recipe standards, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment in a hospital setting.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Service: Deliver friendly, personalized service and connect with guests to create a welcoming "Third Place" environment. 
Beverage & Food Preparation: Handcraft hot and cold drinks (espresso, coffee, tea) and prepare food items strictly adhering to brand recipes and presentation standards. 
Store Operations: Operate the cash register or POS system, handle digital mobile orders, manage drive-thru duties, and process cash payments accurately. 
Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace while following all health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. 
Inventory & Restocking: Restock stations, manage inventory rotation, and communicate supply needs to the shift supervisor. 
Qualifications & Requirements
Interpersonal Skills: Positive, welcoming attitude with a strong capability for teamwork and effective communication.
Work Ethic: Ability to remain calm, focused, and composed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/remain mobile for entire shifts and frequently lift or move up to 44 pounds.
Experience: No prior experience is strictly required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided
