We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Hookah Server to join our lounge team. The ideal candidate has experience in a hookah lounge or bar/restaurant environment, provides excellent service, and creates a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Set up, prepare, and serve hookahs, ensuring proper technique and hygiene Recommend hookah flavors, beverages, and promotions to guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, lounges, and hookah stations Monitor hookah usage and ensure timely refills Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with baristas, bartenders, and other lounge staff to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in a hookah lounge, bar, or restaurant setting preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of hookah setup, maintenance, and safety procedures Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
