Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team, part-time, and to contribute to our outstanding cafe experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent coffee and exceptional customer service. Your passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering the perfect cup of coffee and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Key Responsibilities: • Crafting Exceptional Coffee: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, from classic espresso shots to intricate latte art, ensuring every cup meets our high-quality standards., • Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, take orders, and provide detailed information about our coffee offerings. Engage in conversations to understand customer preferences and offer personalized recommendations., • Efficiency: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to brewing and serving protocols, and ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and efficiently., • Quality Assurance: Consistently monitor the quality of coffee beans, ensure proper equipment maintenance, and report any issues promptly to maintain the integrity of our coffee offerings., • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest coffee trends, brewing techniques, and our product offerings.
