Nippon Cha | Westbury is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. We are dedicated to making authentic Japanese tea culture more accessible through our premium Japanese tea blends and a modern, health-conscious dining experience.
As a Barista, you will be an essential part of our mission, responsible for:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, with a special focus on Japanese teas and specialty coffee drinks.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, accurately taking orders, and efficiently processing payments.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming work environment.
- Sharing your knowledge and passion for our unique tea offerings and menu with our guests.
- Contributing to a positive and engaging atmosphere for everyone who visits Nippon Cha.
