Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all food safety standards are maintained through proper food handling and preparation techniques
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
• Manage cash handling duties with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating zones
• Support food service operations by assisting in food preparation, serving food items, and restocking supplies as needed
  Experience
• Previous barista experience in a café or coffee shop setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated ability in food handling, food safety practices, and café operations
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service
• Experience in retail math, cash handling, and cashiering to ensure accurate transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that encourages guest loyalty
• Knowledge of the food industry standards for serving, food prep, and safety regulations
